My fave chat mate isn’t back to online life yet. They are still in Manila because they are busy finalizing the papers and furnishing the condo unit; installing the aircon, drilling holes for paintings and bars, fixing the bathroom (I heard it was leaking, probably the pipe) and every tiny detail has to be set in proper order before they can leave. Then the unit will be up for sale.

Somebody advised them that buyers are interested more in buying fully-furnished unit rather then the bare unit which still needs finishing and furnishing. Sigh, sigh… after being away from work for quite some time makes me lazy and to think that I vowed to work harder this year. Hmmmm… I hope I’ll be able to fulfill my goals one of this is investing in a real property. My mom has been encouraging me to look at the condos and homes for sale in Manila and get one for myself coz it is a good investment. The property can later on be put up for rent which is exactly what my brother did.

There are many people who are looking for houses for rent; those who can’t afford to buy their own house, or couples who are starting life on their own and also transient tenants. Mom told me that renting out properties is very profitable. A relative has a small house which she rents out for a good sum. Now that’s an inspiration.
