It’s getting to be a summer tradition for us friends to gather for a barbeque weekend at Lipence. It is interesting to note how the gang has multiplied through the years! With more couples added and the number of kids growing, the camp site was full to the brim! And the group wasn’t even in complete attendance yet.

The next day was exercise-those-legs time! We split into two groups; first group were the guys who climbed to Cukrák and second group, gals and kids (with two men escorting us) hiked to the river, hoping to have a swim there.

Unfortunately, the river was painted with green yucky stuff.  But our escorts and the kids have already succumbed to the call of the water before we were told it wasn’t safe for swimming.  Weeee!  You guys are better off swimming in a pool with rheem pool heaters!

It was a weekend full of happy news, great food brought in and prepared by different people, overflowing beer for the guys, laugh trip, and a lot of running and playing for the kids. It was fun!

More to come! The kids are up and demanding for my attention. weeee!
