Sunday was Father’s Day but we celebrated it in a different way.  We visited a friend T in the far away land of Brno, who needed some TLC, haha, oh well, let’s just put it that way.  Our kids are friends too, and the kids have been asking to see each other for a long time already.  So we hit three birds with one stone – visit T, deliver some stuff for her and kids’ playdate.

We arrived in Brno at almost 2 PM.  We first checked-in the hotel then went to T’s flat to dump the things there.  Then we proceeded to our barbeque/picnic location at Brněnská přehrada. It was a hot day, about 31C, perfect day for lounging by the water which was what the flock of people did at this place.  I was expecting it to be a quiet but it seemed like the whole Brno folks were there!

Let’s not forget the VIP of that day – our super Táta. Well, he got a very nice gift for this special day. Can you guess? Was it a blackberry smartphone? An ipad? No, no! He can buy those if he wants to, but the gift he got was something he is terribly lacking most of the time, it’s spelled R-E-S-T! He spent the afternoon sleeping while we girls devoured the grilled meat in between chats. teehee!
