Before our trip to Philippines, I had 5 discount vouchers for photobook printing that were due middle of May. By that time, we will be on vacation already and I know I won’t have the time to make the photobooks, that’s why I spent most of my weekends and free time before May doing the lay-out, editing, etc. The first book alone took me almost a month to make, coz choosing the pictures can already eat up a lot of time! After the first two books were done, the rest came easy and fast to make.

The two photobooks (not shown here) were for my parents.  It documented their Europe 2008 vacation.  I had a good yet nostalgic trip down memory lane while making it. Summer 2008 was one of the best!

I am really happy with how my effort turned out!  These are awesome compared to photo albums, coz you can choose the lay-out, embellishments, you can add some text and put as much pictures in one page and the pages were glossy like magazines.  One time, I thought we’ll just use our printer to make hard copies of our photos, buy cheap ink cartridges and some photo paper, but having discovered the amazing photobook, I’m not going that way.

Make your own photobook!  Not easy at first but once you get the hang of it, it will be quick.  In the end, you will be flipping through the pages of your own creation. (:  How’s that huh?
