May 11th, 2009all because of the Prague Marathon
The Prague Marathon 2009 was held yesterday which caused several of the streets to be closed including our usual route to the church. Thousands of runners not only from Czech Republic but also from around the world join in this annual race. This year’s event started and ended at the Old Town Square covering 42.195 kilometers. What a long run! I first learned about this marathon from the Korean movie Lovers in Prague.

The empty Prague street. If you have a sharp eyesight, you can even spot the runners in the right.
Since we couldn’t pass through the streets, we parked the car in a mall about 1.5 kilometers away from our destination and walked to the church. The ballet flats I wore weren’t made for long walks so half way on our return to the parking, my toes were already sore. At night my legs were aching too not only from the walk we had earlier that day but also from standing for some time while slaving in the kitchen for my special project. And that was just about 3 kilometers of walking!
Walking can be a good way to lose weight, but you can also try Liporexall especially if you’re the couch potato kind. =) It contains nine patented ingredients that all have clinically proven results.

I know how those feet feel. I am gearing myself up for the AIDS walk next week. I am volunteering there as well as doing the walk. Last year it took me days before my feet felt like usual.
What a lovely C.I also have two C’s to. The loves of my life.
Blessings!

We also participated in Prague Marathon and the feeling of solidarity between people was strong, that’s what we really need nowadays. We need more similar events.
Thank you Daisy for the post
