September 25th, 2008can i recover lost photo files?
Having a digital camera makes snapping pictures very easy. I can take all the shots I want as long as my battery lasts and the memory can hold. I can choose which ones to keep and which to delete. And because of that convenience, my photo files are increasing each day!
Most of the photos stored in my album are those of little C. Her photos and videos are eating up a lot of disk space! And she’s barely 13 months old! I take her pics almost on a daily basis. Geeez, imagine how much disk space I’ll need and add as her collection grows?
One thing that concerns me is how to keep these precious photos safe. What if I accidentally delete a folder or some pictures? Or what if my memory card is damaged? The usual advice is to back up important files so in case a misfortune happens, there’s still another copy.
But do you know that lost or damaged digital photos can actually be recovered? The Photo Image Recovery Software called Photo Nose can retrieve different image format; jpeg, bmp, tif, rif to name a few and it can also recover audio and video files. We all need this! I haven’t tried it yet but there’s a free trial available if you ever want to see if it truly works.
