It’s an unexplainable feeling seeing my little girl grow up so fast. Just last year, we were so excited to see her come out from my womb, and soon she’ll be turning a year older (that’s next month already!). I’m very glad we have plenty of pictures and videos of her since she was born that will all give us pleasant memories to reminisce. At present, she’s becoming such a darling whose charm and joy is infectious. Even strangers and grumpy old men would break into a smile when they see her. She even has her own legion of fans and stalkers.

Wasn’t it only a few months back when we had her baptized? Pretty soon she will be marching the church aisle for her confirmation! Oh, she has yet to learn how to walk! It is our prayer that she’ll grow as a good and loving daughter.

Anyway I bought a silver necklace with a Catholic Crucifix pendant that was initially intended for me but now I think its more apt for her coz the chain is a bit short and the pendant a bit small for me but it has to wait till she’s big enough to wear it. What the cross means and stands for would be a good reminder for her of her faith and how God loves her.
