Sigh, sigh… after being away from work for quite some time makes me lazy and to think that I vowed to work harder this year. Hmmmm… I hope I’ll be able to fulfill my goals one of this is investing in a real property. My mom has been encouraging me to look at the condos and homes for sale in Manila and get one for myself coz it is a good investment. The property can later on be put up for rent which is exactly what my brother did.

There are many people who are looking for houses for rent; those who can’t afford to buy their own house, or couples who are starting life on their own and also transient tenants. Mom told me that renting out properties is very profitable. A relative has a small house which she rents out for a good sum. Now that’s an inspiration.

Good thing she knows some realtors who tipped her which properties have better probability of bringing in rental earnings. Well, in awhile I’ll have to be out again, so work has to wait.
