July was one hectic month for me. I’ve got parties to attend here and there and there are more to come in the next few weeks. But since parties are synonymous to “food-binging”, I might turn down future invitations so I won’t indulge in calorific foods. Or I might attend and just satisfy myself with veggies and fruits. Ha! Anyway, these were the July parties I’ve been to in a nutshell:

July 14 – Dad’s birthday celebration. We had dinner at his house.

July 20 –An overnight barbeque party at Jirka and Lilian’s summer cottage at Lipence.

July 21 - we trekked to the nearby river and had a swim.
more friends joined us for a late lunch. food-trippin’ till evening!

July 28 – Nikola and Jana’s wedding. Wine was overflowing… had my first taste of Chardonnay wine after spoonfuls of their delish, soft and creamy wedding strawberry cheesecake.
